My rating: 5 of 5 stars
That ending sucked. It was just so... lame compared to all the others. It was just, "We have a lot to talk about." No enticing line to keep us on our toes. But you know, besides that it was really good.
This was probably my favorite Percy Jackson book since the first one. I mean, they were all five star books, but there are tiers within each star rating. This one is on a higher tier than the previous two books. I don't really remember what I felt about the first one well enough to say which is higher, though.
What made me really like this book was the labyrinth and the characters. The labyrinth was sooo crazy, and the battles were awesome and the interactions in there were also awesome. Speaking of characters, I adored Nico.
I have this thing where I always love the mean and/or slightly rude character. Ie: Lars from Steven Universe, Holden Caufield from the great Catcher in the Rye, Rarity from MLP:Fim, Laxus from the Fairytail anime, and Nine from the Loren Legacies (First book which I highly recommend: I Am Number Four). Add Nico De'Angelo to the list! I love all these characters so much. *cough*Nine please marry me*cough*
Also, I ship Percy with everyone but Annabeth.
